Description

The “Apple Orchard” playground is a fun and creative play area entirely themed around the apple. Here’s what awaits you:

  • A 5-meter-tall wooden apple with a slide and climbing features, plus a lookout tower at the top
  • A water play zone with a pump, locks, and channels
  • A sand area with wooden structures and balance beams under sunshades
  • 1 baby swing, 1 nest swing, 2 trampolines, 2 spring rockers
  • A large meadow for free play (with a soccer goal)
  • Picnic benches
  • Restrooms

Fun fact: The layout of the individual play zones is modeled after the shape of apple seeds!

Our kids didn’t want to leave! The giant wooden apple is a real showstopper, but in summer the water play area and sand zone are just as tempting. While the sunshades provide some cover and the water offers a way to cool off, it can still get quite hot here during the summer months.

Tip: For more shade and variety, try the Raier Moos Loop through the nearby nature reserve. It’s a lovely 40-minute walk through the woods and suitable for strollers. You can access the trail from the same parking lot as the playground.
